About the original:
I originally painted La Concha Bay as part of a collaboration with a local travel agent, creating destination artwork for her clients to receive as a thank-you after their trips. This piece was inspired by a journey to San Sebastián, and I wanted to capture the sweeping curve of the bay, the vivid blue water, and the bright red rooftops tucked between the sea and the hills.
