About the original:
I painted Plaza de España as part of my collaboration with a local travel agent, creating destination artwork inspired by her clients’ travels. I was drawn to the plaza’s incredible architectural detail and warm Andalusian colors, and wanted to capture the sense of wonder that comes from standing somewhere so grand, ornate, and unmistakably Seville.
